The Boochy Buddies Club dates back to 2015, when the started making the first “commercial” kombucha, sharing a commercial kitchen in a huge historic church in Toledo’s Old West End. Friends and neighbors were invited to come in and fill growlers at random times by text.

Now, the Boochy Buddies Club is a way to share our craft with those who love it almost as much as we do! can I change the flavor I receive each month?

Yes! Just let us know as much in advance as possible what quantities of which flavors you would like each month. You can update your flavors by sending us an e-mail.

Can I change my shipping address?

You may update your shipping address as frequently as needed by logging into your customer account.

Can I switch from a monthly recurring payment to the Boochy Buddies Club and pay for a year in full so that I can start receiving free shipping?

Yes! You can switch any time. Login to your Boochy Mama’s account and cancel your monthly subscription. Then, simply purchase an annual subscription to pick-up where you left off, minus the shipping fees!

When will I receive my kombucha each month?

You can choose to receive your monthly kombucha delivery on the 2nd or 4th Tuesday of each month. If there’s a month that one of those dates doesn’t work for you, we can accommodate that from time to time.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. For monthly payments, pause or cancel by logging in to your account.

To pause or cancel your annual subscription, you will need to email us. For Boochy Buddies Club cancellations, you will receive a pro-rated refund less shipping charges for each month that has shipped.
