Orders received on or after Wednesdays will be shipped the following Monday, so it’s not spending weekend days in a shipping warehouse. You’ll receive a shipping notification as soon as it’s on the way!

Typical transit time for most places in the US is 1-3 days (West Coast is 4-5 days, sorry friends), and we ship with UPS or USPS.

If you NEED your shipment to you crazy fast and are willing to pay for expedited packing and shipping, shoot us an email or text (567.318.2240) and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

In summer months, we ship the kombucha with ice packs. The rest of the year we ship without ice packs. It’s normal for your kombucha to arrive at ambient temperature! Just refrigerate after opening. The kombucha is best enjoyed once the kombucha is chilled, otherwise the cans may overflow with fizz when you open them.

We are unable to accept returns on kombucha.

However, we will accept returns and exchanges on apparel if they are sent back with no signs of wear, wash, odors or damage. In most circumstances, we cannot compensate for return shipping, nor will your original shipping costs be refunded.
